This site and its services are operated by Sudip Shrestha, PhD (“I,” “me,” or “the operator”), an independent AI educator, builder, and consultant based in the United States.

The site offers a mix of:
- Free content: articles, resources, a newsletter, and informational pages.
- Paid offerings: courses, workshops, training sessions, and consulting services.
- Tools and resources: curated lists, guides, and references.
Specific paid offerings may have their own additional terms, which I will provide before you purchase or enroll.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, register for paid courses, or create an account. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Intellectual property
My content
All content on this site, including articles, course materials, workshop materials, graphics, code samples, layouts, and the visual design, is owned by me or licensed for my use. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are welcome to:

- Quote brief excerpts for commentary, education, or review, with attribution
- Use code examples from articles in your own projects
You may not, without my written permission:
- Republish or repost my articles, course content, or workshop materials
- Use my materials to train commercial AI models

Your content

6. Paid courses, workshops, and services
Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies vary by offering and will be stated on the relevant product, course, or registration page at the time of purchase. If a specific offering has no stated policy, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Consulting and custom engagements
For consulting, custom workshops, and other engagements, we will sign a separate agreement that takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement. Nothing on this site creates a consulting relationship until such an agreement is signed.
7. Educational content disclaimer
All content on this site, including articles, courses, workshops, newsletter issues, and consultations, is provided for informational and educational purposes. While I do my best to share accurate, useful, and current information, AI is a fast-moving field and content may become outdated.
The content is not:
- Professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice
- A guarantee of specific outcomes from applying what you learn
- A substitute for your own judgment in your specific situation
You are responsible for evaluating whether the information fits your context and for the decisions you make based on it.
